The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS), is considering financing the Snake Creek to Parshall transmission line rebuild. In accordance with NEPA and its implementing regulations, an Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared to evaluate potential effects on the human environment. The EA is available for a 30-day public review and comment period. Subsequent to the comment period, RUS may issue a finding of no significant impact.
