After careful consideration of the Coronavirus Pandemic and the CDC and the Governor’s recommendations/guidelines, the Central Power Electric Cooperative Board of Directors has decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for March 25th and 26th.
For the Central Power Membership, the Board will be asking your cooperatives to individually approve the Notice of the Annual Meeting and proof of the due mailing, the Minutes from the 2019 Annual Meeting, and to approve the continued reliance on last year’s resolutions.
If you reserved a room at the Grand Hotel through the Central Power block of rooms, the hotel will cancel your room automatically. Please call to confirm the cancellation if you are uncertain as to how the reservation was booked.
